I want to try the ECA stack but I try minimizing the amount of tylenol and asprin I take, so I never did it.

I'll never not take a 2-1 ratio carbs/protein mix after a workout again. I'm also seeing some major benefit in taking BCAAs. I likes me some pre-wo stimulants too.

fish oil I take because my joints love it. And I'd be stupid if I didn't.

This is hugely important to me. I haven't had money for supps lately, and I haven't really been training hard, but even if I don't have a a PWO drink I still eat food in a 2:1 carb to protien ratio immediately post workout, and it's a great time to cram in those starches everyone craves (potatoes, pasta, white bread, etc.) if you feel like cooking that is.
