Haha I was playing around on trueprotien and thats the exact mixture I came up with.

I read the ENTIRE thread on this stuff in D&S and am still so confused. Dieting I'm not great with but I know general things, supplements are foreign language to me.

I personally buy all my stuff separately. I also get free items at work by sweet talking distribution reps. Or I get it for discount.

200mg C, 24 mg E, 325 mg A
Beta K (3 grams of each kre-alkaline and BA)

PeriWO:
Xtend BCAA

Waxy Maize
Whey
