I drink a shake pre-, peri-, and post workout so the faster digestion rate of hydro whey means nothing to me because there a plenty of amino's in my blood stream by the time I hit the weights. If you are only going to drink a post workout shake then the faster digestion rate might be disreable despite the bad taste because you need that shit in your body ASAP.

Hm, now I need to think. I have stomach problems already so I don't need any more. Once I finish this whey/creatine I'll look more in to this.

No I didn't, I'm not that smart. I need something that will mix well with vanilla. I'll look in to this.

The vanilla and orange gatorade is the best mix I've found, drink wise.
I used to NEVER buy vanilla, but it's so versatile. Can go in oats with blueberries, pancakes, milk, whatever. Now I always have one on hand.

Yea, that's what I originally bought it for. Now I'm considering keeping this on hand, using the formula I suggested before for pre/post workout and using the vanilla whey for things in Gourmet Nutrition. I'll probably use my mom's credit card though, I hate putting too much money on mine.

Although it's a little poppy for my tastes, I kinda like "Ready, Set, Don't Go"... I was kinda surprised that she sang it like half an octave lower on the CMT awards than she did for the single.

Speaking of CMT, I came home from my run yesterday, and for some reason my TV was on it. Which is weird, cause I could have sworn I was watching porn before I left... anyhoo.... this fucking Tracy Chapman cover comes on... some chick singing it.
WTF, that song drove me nuts 20 years ago, so you really need to torture all of us with it again?
