Do you actually play the levels? I always just drove around the city doing random things. When that got old I looked up cheats and when that got old I bought a new game.

South Park is on, and every one leaves the pub. You guys suck at multitasking.

I just found a 2lb tub of vanilla whey and some creatine monohydrate I bought a few weeks ago that I totally forgot about. So if I add creatine to me whey, what would be a good carb to add?

malo/dextro makes me feel sick. It has to do something with how it sits in the stomach longer and makes you feel "bloated". Taste is never unbearable. Personally I use just whey isolate in it, not hydro, which makes it taste super. The hydro whey is what really tastes like total ass. I drink a shake pre-, peri-, and post workout so the faster digestion rate of hydro whey means nothing to me because there a plenty of amino's in my blood stream by the time I hit the weights. If you are only going to drink a post workout shake then the faster digestion rate might be disreable despite the bad taste because you need that shit in your body ASAP.

Starch, or orange (powder) gatorade.

I'm sure you knew this already though.

Ya, it is. Unfortunately NOT ONE of the fucking stores carries it here. I have to go 90k round trip to get it.

One more reason to move from this shit-hole.
