No Im joking. Im not too bothered about my numbers at the moment. Focusing on getting my endurance, cardio up at the moment as well as fixing some inbalances and weaknesses.

That's part of why I'd been chasing 700 for so long. I kept getting hurt, and even though I mended properly I'd get spooked like that.
I'd never taken a crack at 700 before. Which is why I wasn't gonna stop until the bar went back down.
And sometimes you just gotta say fuck it. The longest I've spent laid up from a back injury is 8 months, but you just gotta throw that fear out sometimes and make PR's happen. If I'd gotten hurt pulling that and couldn't do DL's for a year, I would still have a 700lb deadlift PR.

Hahaha, no I wasn't at the gym, I was in my basement.
I don't talk about lifting much to non lifters, so I probably won't bring it up at work or anything. One girl knew what a deadlift was, which impressed me. Even further, she understood that the amount I could lift was fairly good without needing it explained. But that's rare. Usually they ask too many questions and annoy the dogshit out of me.
I'm lucky at this job because the girls really don't care, they know what I do and that I'm a strong guy, but they really couldn't be bothered to ask much. If it was guys, I'd be getting hounded for tips and shit. Or being told I should lift for reps. Or being told I'll get hurt. Whatever.
