weak, had to cut my workout short. my back isn't feeling better i guess.


although i guess i could go pound out a bunch of leg curls to atleast get some work in...

so how can i work my legs without putting much stress on my back?

my plan today was deadlifts, stepups, and leg curls.

so it seems like i'm only left with leg curls..

Do single leg squats with two dumbells. Put one foot on a bench.

HIP BELT SQUATS. It seems like this question gets asked about once a week somewhere here. The easiest way to do them, since I will assume you do not have the $2000 machine for them, is to put two boxes or benches together so that you can stand on them, one foot on each, in a squat width stance. Then simply attach a wighted dip/chin belt, load it up, and squat and the benches will elevate you so the weight doesn't hit the floor.
