HIP BELT SQUATS. It seems like this question gets asked about once a week somewhere here. The easiest way to do them, since I will assume you do not have the $2000 machine for them, is to put two boxes or benches together so that you can stand on them, one foot on each, in a squat width stance. Then simply attach a wighted dip/chin belt, load it up, and squat and the benches will elevate you so the weight doesn't hit the floor.
