think Im gonna take a day off from training today. legs are all aching and bruised from last night. also I might do some studying at some point today, yeh thats right.

I'm taking this week off pretty much entirely. My right knee is fucked, so taking ibuprofen and resting the a few days. Doing a few pullups and pressups and crap at home, but nothing more than this.
