i might get drunk this weekend or next. injuries have ruled out competition, and hard sparring/training.
So my focus for the next couple months will be:
Technique and Drilling
Getting strong
Instead of sparring all the time, i'll be helping out instruct by supervising people while they drill and help correct them. Also working with the kids class. It will be a good way to let my body rest, while keeping me mentally involved with jiujitsu.
