Brewery is fairly close. The first one is down the street.
Yup, I've had it before. We used to import it into Youngstown since most of the guys I lived with were from western PA. I like the Fat Dog.

I said we should have a "empirical" test to see if your methodology worked. I also said we could handicap the race to make it fair.
Think about your lack of logic here...handicap it all you'd like. If there is a difference, you have no clue if it is due to freeweights, machine, me, or you. It is not an empirical test, it is just macho-ism. Especially after I told you I only compare myself to myself from the past to gauge improvement. That's the only sane way that I know of.

Third - I never said that lifting with free weights will create more injury. You have only antidotal evidence to back up this point.
When most of the people tell me to lift mainly freeweights are the same people who have been injured... it just makes me wonder. Antidotal evidence, yes, the antidote to getting injured might be to avoid lifting like some of the people trying to give me advice. ;)

I heard that using too many machines in your lifting routine will give you a double chin.
