Ah, I must not have explained it properly, because its a piece of free weight equipment, like a benchpress, but with a seat... Ill look for a picture.

This thing, but it also has Safety bars running parallel to the floor, at a height just above the top of the back of the seat. So I have to be at about... 1/4 squat position to lift the weight out, and then back up.

Anyone think a double cheeseburger, ear of corn and glass of milk is a good pre workout meal?
