actually i might be able to do them at my club... what equipment do i need? do i need that specific piece meant for them? or can i improvise using something else.

I lift at home with just a flat bench and rack.

at my bjj club, we have a couple different benches, wissballs, shit like that.

my club offers a dope conditioning class with weights and what not, but the downside is its ran at the same time an awesome brown belt teaches...
