Sonny,
Take my advice with a grain of salt. No MD, but experience.
If you are taking the ABs right (2 upon filling the skript, then 1 every 8 hours after that) you should feel some relief within the first 24hrs, and the throbbing killing pain should subside greatly withing 48 hrs. If you've been taking them for more than 3 days and it still throbs and you say you can feel the pus, you could take 2 pills every 3rd dose. 2,1,1,2,1,1, like that. Google the name of your drugs max dosage, etc, but you're a big boy; and also, there's little risk involved with short-term high-AB usage, esp when it relieves pain like an abcess. Of course, call your doc, etc, but if you get in a painful bind look it up to reassure yourself and try raising the dosage. If this doesn't wprk you may need a diff AB.

Ok.
Grind the bud fine, like you would to roll it. A few seeds won't matter cuz they'll float and you can get them with a spoon, but seed it fairly well. Bring a pot with 2 quarts of water to a boil, and put a half a stick of butter in it. (half a stick will yield enough butter for most popular brownie mixes) Add your weed, and lower the heat to a slow rolling boil. Stir every few minutes just so nothing burns, and boil it for about 45 min or so. Then, pour the mixture thru a screen (I use one out of a flour sifter- bowl-shaped, and big enough, cheap too) into a bowl or pitcher and let cool in the fridge. When totally cooled, the butter will rise to the top and harden, it'll be green. (The more weed you use, the darker the green.) Carefully lift this cake of butter off the water and put into a bowl- melt and add to your brownie mix, cook, and an hour after eating, it'll hit you. Then smoke a joint, and take off.
To give you an idea of how much, I use an 1.5 to 2 oz of regular weed to make a batch of brownies.
Any more ?? just ask.

It's not really in the tooth anymore, the AB's helped with that, it's more in the gums and my cheek. The swelling in the gums seems to be pushing the top 3 teeth on the left side down a bit, because the bite feels off again. If I go to sleep, the swelling goes down, but as the day progresses, the bite slowly gets pushed down again. It's not as painful as before, but I can feel it spreading into my neck and near my nose and eye.

I'm big on DIY medicine, but if I were you, I'd call immediately. It should not be spreading like that.

Anyone watch TUF tonight? A guy got kicked off because he was a walking herpes blister. Pretty funny.
