Yeh I have actually, didnt like it.

Why have people stopped saying 'benoit yourself'? Thats a great phrase Im going to start using it in my everyday life!

It's ironic because ritz have lots of natural sugars that break down in your mouth as you eat them causing them to taste sweet and salty all on their own.

You should also start calling all your female friends "strumpet".

If grappling doesn't hurt and doesn't feel like fighting, then you either aren't going full speed, or your grappling partners suck.

It does hurt, and my grappling partners are mostly Dan grades with 10-20 years of experience who are competing consistently and winning medals all over the place.

We go full speed, our 90 minute sessions are about 5% technique/warmup and 95% full speed sparring.

It just doesnt feel the same to me as after having done 4/5 rounds in the ring and really traded some shots with someone.
