Other things I'm not able to find.

Is there an affordable 1-kg Rule ****l Disc Set not made by Eleiko?

What collars are good? Obviously not the $200 Eleiko competition collars, again looking for affordable. I've always used the stuff at the gym which wasn't made for o-lifting and I always wondered if it mattered.
You can get by with a set of .5, 1, 2 and 5kg plates. You can get that for $145 at [ur=http://www.werksanusa.com/products-bars-collars.asp]Werksan USA[/url]. There really aren't any cheap places to buy kg plates.

The best cheap collars you can buy are Husker Power Locks.

Ok, thanks Chase. The small plates question was more just out of curiosity. I will more than likely just use non o-lifting plates for smaller weight adjustments anyways.

I don't know why but werksan totally slipped my mind.

They seem to be huddled in the wasteland.

The OT should be a really fun place, hell the pub is basically the way the OT should be, talk about whatever you like just keep things within the rules and there are no issues.

The OT wasn't all that OT anyways. Everything evolved into trannys and random acronyms. It was probably more on topic than any other forum.

Broccolli

Do you guys like eating Broccoli stems or the head?

I have been eating more broccoli lately and I think the stems taste sweeter and the head, or bushy part whatever you call it, tastes a little bitter.

The good stuff is all in the head. The stem is basically just fiber.

The tops are called florrets. I like both, but the florrets are certainly more bitter than the rest of the plant. I like them together though and I like bitter greens so I'm a fan of things like broccolli rabe and such that are very bitter.
