tabata ground and pound eh... sounds... good.
but the upside of the heavybag intervals would be i could coerce my brother into not being fat as well.
i like to get people exercising.

Hell ya man. I didn't realize you were working out with someone else.
Tabata anything is good, really. Running Pushups (1 pushup, 2 mountclimbers) are one of my current faves for Tabata finishers.

Should i only do one tabata tonight?
I was thinking:
Warm up with some pushups, squats, etc.
Tabata GnP or regular Tabata heavybag
Weighted core work (good idea before heavy squats the next day?)
Grip + Neck work.
-Grip = Barbell holds (Long duration, or shorter?), Plate pinches, wrist curls
neck work = towel resistance
face up 3x12, face down 3x12
then some bridging (never know how to approach these rep/time wise)

4th can of Cream Soda today. FUCK YOU CREAM SODA HATERS!
Note to self: buy more concentrated forms of caffeine.
I also hate reading manuals for hardware and figuring out where in a memory space a certain byte resides, and what exactly the contents of that byte mean.
There are 8 other computer science students in this class with me. I curled 7 of them today. I am going to be sooo out of place in a cubicle farm with people like that...
If I can't get time for a workout wednesday I will scream.

Make pot of coffee. Put coffee in sauce pan. Simmer and reduce, reduce, reduce. Reduce until syrup. Mix in lots of sugar. Pour into icecube tray. Freeze. It's going to taste terrible, but I think you can get 2-4 cups worth of coffee into 1 cube.

I ride it.
Judging by your online persona, I'd bet you'd want to kill everyone too....

Japanese people dont make much eye contact in general.
There's something about trains, especially subways, that creates some kind of weird dysfunctional subculture. I guess it's because the social dynamics are different from other public places, because essentially everyone is trapped in the same place until the next stop.
