I think my dreams are really incoherent. Interesting enough, the only dream I recall from recent times was somewhat of a nightmare. That bitch called New York or whatever from some MTV show was running after me T2 style while I was driving away in a yellow French car.

I don't take it anymore because of the vivid dreams. Not nightmares or anything, but they were intense and I'd end up waking up in the middle of the night unable to fall back asleep.

Unfortunately I have a very difficult time remembering my dreams since I fell out of bed as a 7 year old. (I had just seen Jaws and had a nightmare.) But I know that I dream much weirder and more intensive stuff and it feels good even without remembering.

My sleep is way more restfull as well, will never stop with this stuff as long as I train.

Thanks to TV, the Internet, cell phones, telecommuting, pharmaceuticals and video games, the average person presently spends more time physically alone than in any other era in human history. There is nothing like alcohol to get you out of your cave and into the crowd. A handful of drinks and you suddenly feel the world could well benefit from your exalted presence. It makes you want to seek out human companionship, and once found, it sheds the veils behind which we hide. Put 20 strangers in a room and serve them water, and you’ll get some strained conversation at best. Give them booze and you’ve got yourself a party. Unrestrained laughter breaks the surface tension, friendships are formed, romance is sparked.

You’ll eventually return to your cave, to be sure, but perhaps you’ll bring someone back with you.
