I've seen 2 versions of the RDL: one with the knees mostly locked out, and one with them bent. Whats the proper way?
Thats a good video. Have you done any of the O-lifts? The RDL makes more sense if you know the them.

Keep the barbell closer to your body. The bar should slide down your shins on the way down. If you have blood and bruises at the end of the set, youre doing it right.
