Bacon, I think that pygmy goat would make a great S&P mascot.

He could ride around on the submarine. Someone should photoshop him with chalk on his, er, hands(?) and in a PL singlet or suit or whatever you call it.

I just find it really hard to concentrate these days. At work, or when lifting, it feels like I'm not even there. I daydream a lot, but don't really daydream about anything. It's like my mind goes blank.

Sometimes I feel like I lack variety with my training, but I still enjoy it the way it is, nice and simple. It's fucked up.
