The first time I saw a Brit newspaper, I was having breakfast on an RAF base. I remember glancing at the cover between bites of "beans on toast" and almost ejecting the foul shit through my nose when I flipped the page to find and enormous set of bewbs.

8 sets, with max rest between. I wanted to find my lactate threshold on the rower, since it's pretty easy to quantify. After 4 sets, I was like "this is a really fucking stupid idea."
