I bought an Itouch after Christmas. I don't like it as much as my last Ipod but it's not bad. You can't find songs without looking at the screen which is a bitch when you're working out. I used to be able to move the scroll button and find a song since I memorized their placement. The touch scroll is too sensitive for something like that.

Don't even get me started on apple. I dropped my ipod from waist height onto a plate at the gym and now the fucking thing is fucked up. Fucking dogshit piece of shit. I had an oldschool MP3 player from dell back in the day. You could fucking bash that thing with a hammer and it still worked like a champ. I once got drunk and pissed on it and it still worked. True. I may have bought one already if it had 3G, but other companies don't really have anything competing in the US. The LG Vu has been rumored for a while, but I can;t find one yet.

I still don't understand why we get shit on when it comes to cell phones. Almost every other major market gets better phones than we do. That is most of the reason the iPhone seems so great to me.

Baltimore's "downfall" so to speak stated long before that. After the civil war the centers of commerce shifted from Virginia and the mid-atlantic states and from new england to New York City. Then came the push westward, the combustion engine, the interstate system. Now we have suburban sprawl, that push cities outward, cheaper to build new places than build on top of 200 year old foundations and upgrade everything.
