I liked the part about the NFL team that did their recovery by walking on the beach.

I guess eliteFTS has another seminar coming up in May. I'd really like to go.

For $600.

I don't think it's open to just anybody either. I think you have to be on some kind of VIP list. I heard it is only for 40 people. It will probably be available on DVD though, for $1,000,000.

Im watching No Country For Old Friend bizanitches, about half way through its pretty good so far.

I would love to go, they opened up the last spots to everyone after they filled it up with their special invitees. Its aimed at those in the strength & conditioning community though. If you are just a lifter you can stop by their Compound anytime as long as you call and workout with them for free.
