Legal? Not really, but it's not illegal. FTA means (Free to Air). I'm in Canada and get an American broadcast. I couldn't pay for it even if I wanted to.
It's kinda like downloading music in Canada. It's no legal, but there's no law against it, kind of a grey area. __________________

I just go there, click my model and that's it. Sometimes it goes down once every 4-6 months, sometime they'll change it every few days. The new codes are usually up within 24 hours.
