Not really worth the hassle, but can definitely be done with one of the older style foreman's.
I'd say first you open the microwave, and remove literally everything electrical. Everything. Just going to use it as a shell. Cut out the bottom "floor" of the main microwave piece.
Now you have to do surgery on the Foreman. detach the upper and lower heating elements, just keeping the side that has the electronic controls, and taking the other side out of the circuit. Put it in where the "floor" of the microwave used to be, and (my idea will olnly work if its a plug-and-go simplistic foreman) plug it in, viola.
At that point, just keep the foreman under your bed...
