I'd love to just pass out right after eating, but my stomach tends to fare better in the mornings. I can get away with this sometimes, though.

I'd cut out both.

I wish I had started after I finished wrestling in HS. I rememebr at one point hearing how Rulon was going to fight in PRIDE during my Junior wrestling season. I was like "that shits gay".

Actually, on second thought, I wish I didn't get mono the week of districts that year. I also wish that I would have done well that postseason, so I didn't just fuck around my senior year. I could have been pretty good, but I just didn't care. Definitely led to my inconsistency/mental lapses on teh mat.

I'm going to run a test phase here, and see how far i get with no rice and milk randomly when i crave it. So far i've dropped 2lbs in 2 weeks.

I "fixed" my diet. Lot less calories and shit, more consistent now. Isn't the best, but whatever.

Usually 3 meals a day.

Breakfast: bowl of cheerios w/ milk

lunch: ham/turkey sandwich

dinner: lean meat with veggies, and rice/pasta once in a while

My most mystical experiences have def. been on Salvia D 20x. Can't really get more mystical than being told my name has been written in the book of Thoth, passing through a giant gate flanked by 100 foot tall living Anubis statues, and entering the realm of Eternal Dawn with the Eye of Horus shining down upon the gathered masses of all the greatest seekers that have ever existed.

Awesome. This calls for all the details you're willing to share.
