My wife is trying to quite smoking. Maybe I'll toss a patch on tonight.
I just took some zinc, magnesium, and B-6 that I had in my vitamin cabinet.
My doc prescribed me Rozerem for insomnia a month ago. The first couple times I took it I had incredibly vivid dreams. Weirdest shit ever. I haven't taken one in a week or so.
You may have seen the commericals for Rozerem; the ones with Arbham Lincoln and the beaver...? Strange stuff.

I've always wanted a beaver as a pet, but he'd probably chomp my house down and build a dam on the street.

And so begins a lifelong fear of beavers for zop... so much is explained.

Anybody ever had night terrors?
I've had nightmares before, I've had lucid dreaming, I've had out of body experience dreaming.
But night terrors are something different.
Basically you wake up in a complete state of utter terror, almost unsure of where or who you are, with a sense of impending doom and infinite dread.
I've only had a couple of them, when I was younger, but they were extremely haunting experiences.
You almost feel cold, detached, with an under current of barely contained complete terror.
Brief, but poignant.
I usually can't remember what I was dreaming about,
but there's a persistent feeling of wanting to call (make contact) with loved ones to make sure everything ok.
I've maybe had three or four of these experiences in my life, but all were brutally intense.

I'm getting sleepy.
I might try to finish up the last half of 3:10 to Yuma tonight (made it halfway through last night), and then go to couch.
Nighty night. Hugs and kisses gents, gals, and Zop.

The only thing I hate about lifting late at night is that I need to eat and then wait before going to bed.
