thats what i was thinking Urban. I didn't get many responses in D+S to my dilemma, and i even laid out my current diet. also laid out what i did in the past once to make a huge loss. Hopefully more people will shed some reasons for either milk or rice in that thread ("Quick Advice." = thread).

I'm watching this show "my dad is better than your dad" ... well actually, I'm not watching it any more, now that the trivia is done, I'm through with it... these dads are embarassing... If my dad was this lame, I'd have killed myself in grade school.

Melatonin is good too...but the Nicotine patch yields ultra-vivid dreams. If you every have a friend that is quiting, ask for one. Slap on before bed some night and enjoy.

That actually looked like a good workout.

On the Windows Movie Maker, have you tried downloading updates, patches, and the such. Mine didn't have all the options available for a while on one of my computers, finally I went online and just downloaded all the new shit, works fine now. Just that the original version loaded on my hard drive was basically the skeleton version.

WMM sucks, but it'll work in a pinch I guess. Adobe Premiere was the deal for me for a loooooong time. Then the computer I had it on died, along with the crack, etc.
