Nope, and I paid damn near $30 for the GNC that's 3.2g a day for 30 days. Next time I'll buy bulk and up the dose a bit. The BLOW has some BA in it as well.

~3 lbs of spagetti. Started at 9:05.

It's about a 1 mm thick piece of stiff fabric that barely stands up under it's own weight. I suppose if you tightened your laces to ridiculous levels you could get a bit of support out of them. But I can honestly say it's never hindered or helped me during a lift.

How do you remove the sound from your video clips on Windows Movie Maker and replace it with audio from a CD or something else?
I've tried "record" but it doesn't work, and I guess that requires a mic. I tried to "import" from the audio CD but I guess that's only for video importing.

On the enlightenment stuff from earlier:
Being a Fire Fighter / EMT for 3 years was one of the most existential experiences of my life.
The most "mystical" and "enlightened" moments of my life have happened on really long runs, out in the middle of nowhere, usually when the run is a little risky; like a big storm approaching, or it's getting dark in the forest on a trail run, etc.
Really good movies, the kind found on IFC at 3:00 in the morning, can be life changing.
