Cast Iron Skillet on your stove set to as high it'll get. That, or stick it in the oven with the temp set to 500 deg or broil.

Rib-Eye steak, ~1.5" thick, salt both sides, let sit for a few minutes, then pepper on both sides. Place steak on the skillet, 30 seconds, flip, 30 seconds. Now, place it in the oven, wait 2 minutes, take it out, flip, and place back in the oven for another 2 minutes. Take it out, let it sit and juices to redistribute, enjoy.

Never been to a ghey bar. As long as they got bourbon, I'm okay with it. The problem is, I'll be with a couple homophobic/conflicted youths who are actaully vain enough to think that a homo would want to bone them...which would lead to some sort of alcohol-interupting altercation. And I just can't have that.

Haha, I was going to say just the opposite. I like mine medium rare on the inside, and almost just a little bit crispy on th e outside.

I get the grill blazing hot, then I usually turn off one of the burners and turn the other two to low and cook the meat indirectly.

If anyone has a good rib recipe, I'm all ears. I always seem to fuck em up.
