nah, singlets are mandatory at minimum for meets. doesn't help my lifts at all.

I think the smaller candy is better (though it IS more of a pain in the ass). For example, Reese's in foil>regular sized reese's and Snicker's bite size>fun size>full bar>king size if served in equal amounts.
