Got my St Willhelms hoodie today.
A pic of my ugly ass is in the hoodie thread.
Fuck! My hands and forearms are sore. I DL last night with the thick bar, I worked up to 360, but after that, I did repetitions with just 180, to rip my hands/forearms. It worked. I can't say I'll use the thick bar everytime I DL, but it has it's place.
