Im about to do the 100 snatch challenge w/45lbs. Goal time: 5 minutes. I think my added strength will help me alot.
I have MMA in 1:30 though.
Also, I ordered "The Paleo diet for athletes". Should be at BAM in about 2 weeks or so.
