What really tripped me out was this other cat I was buying from while my main man was in county, he had all these BG motherfuckers that were strapped. Always talking about HIS block and shit like that. They were cool to me though, taught me how to play spades, got me high, all the proper kind of things. But that dude took FOREVER to get my weed. He'd tell me to come over when he called his guy, not when his guy got there. So often I ended up sitting somewhere smoking a blunt playing spades or watching black kids fight over whether or not one of them was cheating at Madden. Girls were seriously freaked out by that whole scene.

I totally understand that man. You are a PL'er. As long as your lifts are going up, and you are staying in the same weight class, you are good to go.

Finn, you gotta let me know how that goes for you. Im about to buy the book and start following it. Right now, Im eating 3-5 meals a day Berardi style, and have found that to be working nicely for me. Im done 3.4lbs in 2 weeks...mostly of bodyfat from the looks of it. I think drinking a gallon a day of water has helped this alot. How many meals a day are t hey proposing and are there recipes in the book?

haven't read the book yet. So far, I did a two day "Finn does what thinks a Paleo diet is" diet and nearly killed people cause of it. I ordered the book tonight, so it should be here next week.
It doesn't look too much diff. from my regular diet, except it excludes dairy all-together.
That means, more or less, I won't be going on it until my whey protein is spent.

Yeah, I try to follow a Paleo-friendly eating plan. Heck, I think Berardi would even agree with it to an extent.

Im gonna order it tomorrow. We could both start it and track our progress and see how it works, although it would be tough to make a comparison with other diets.

For me, Paleo friendly means:
Stop using spray butter and salt
Eat more fish.
No oatmeal.

Other than that, I'm more or less on it already

man is houdl sleep soon. I have a private lesson @ 11, a regular bjj class @ 12. then 3 hours of bjj from 6-9 at night.

A solid nap in there would be nice, but i have to do random shopping for shit i need to.
