Yeah, you know about holding it in your mouth right? I can usually taste the peppery part of most wines, but I haven't developed enough of a pallate to taste the more subtle flavors, especially in darker wines.

I gave POSE a try a few years ago. It was hard for me to get used to. Even in a controlled environment (treadmill) I kept reverting back to my old form, which is still good, just not as efficient.

Wine is wine, to me. I'm a quantity > quality type of guy. But unfortunately, my taste for whiskey has changed recently. I used to live on Jim Beam Black, but ever since I had Johnny Walker Black, everything else tastes like shit. And that sucks, because JW is more expensive.

Sure, I hear what you're saying about having nothing to do all day but sit around jerking off. That doesn't mean highschool didn't suck, or that I wish I was back in that hell hole.

To be honest I have enjoyed just about every job I've held more than high school (including cleaning bathrooms in a grocery store). Being productive >>>>>>>>>> having to sit through classes.

Fair enough, guess we just had completly different experiences then. About the wine though, what exactly are you doing while holding it your mouth? Let it sit? Swish it around? Etc..? I enjoy it enough as it is, but as far as knowing a good wine from a bad one....

You just let it sit on your tongue for a minute. If you don't you will get the cringe alcohol taste and miss most of the flavor in the actual wine.
