I have a HIIT run today.
I have never done LSD training. Have any of you noticed an improvement in their LSD work from HIIT?
Also, why does my back hurt when I run? Bad form?

Pay attention to how your foot strikes the ground. If your instep is taking most of the load (running flat footed) it can cause back pain.
