Im a Christian, and am mainly joking about the Youth Pastor IM'ing me. He encourages me alot and is a big MMA supporter and a PL coach. Not your average weird youth pastor at all.

I think my core work tonight is gonna be:

Turkish getups - 1 or 3 rep max.
Overhead waiter walks - Driveway (probably 25-50 ft?)
Saxon Sidebends - 3x8
100 V-ups for time.
Plank hold for time.

Grip is gonna be:

COC #1. Negatives.
Wrist roller - 3x1.
Plate Pinches: 3x30 seconds.
100 sledge swings for time.
