On a serious note, Im still hitting 5lb or 1-2 rep PR's weekly. Maybe it's the lower volume, higher intensity (as in, 1rm) thing...or maybe because Im still a noob.

Do you think I'd be OK doing bi-weekly 1rm work? Usually I do 3rm, then 1rm. But the volume is low (only 3 major exercises, like this week I did Squat/SOHP/Power snatches)...so I think my CNS would be fine.
