Dumb thread but the arnold classic has strongman, powerlifting and mma demonstrations so it could be a legit question.

This place blows. On a plus note, I hit 250lbs x 3 on the squat last night. On a negative, my SOHP has come down slightly...So...

Gonna continue to work 3rm on Squat and work higher reps on SOHP, since that works better for me on that for some reason.
