I have a tendency to overeat so I make it a point to stop eating even though I'm still hungry and then waiting 15-20 minutes.

Yeah, I get those now and again. It used to be from not washing my make-up off properly, now I dunno what it is. It's happened considerably less since I stopped wearing make-up though....just saying.

haha you are a dick. My goals lifting wise = 2x BW squat, 1.5xBW bench, BW OHP, 2.5x BW deadlift, or something like that. It'll take me forever, but then i'll be pretty strong wh ich should help me in competition in the long and i'm only 21.
