lol...

I never squatted until recently. My squat rack has about a 1 inch range where I can descend into, so that limits my confidence. Right now I'm just trying to work on my form. Once I get the technique down it should increase rather quickly.

What, did you get the technique down and your lifts haven't increased much since? I've got a big ass and wide hips, so if Carnal's theory is right I should be a squattin' machine.

Well, I watched a vid of myself squatting for the first time today and I think it looked pretty good. I spent my first 8 weeks working on form. Then I started to increase the weight. Then I got more flexible and started going deeper. Now they've been pretty stagnant for a while.

I've been going ATG for a month and a half or so now. Doing working sets with 188-90 pound barbell. Usually 4 sets of 6 reps with that weight. I did that workout last week and didn't experience any soreness at all. So I'll increase the weight next workout.

My previous best is 225 for 6. But my form was terrible and I had to start from scratch. That's where I am now.

Hmm... Thickbar, thickbar, thickbar... I can clean 120 pounds with either a 2'' or 2.5'' handled bar. But my grip strength was surpassing my overall body strength so I racked them for the time being. Occasionally I'll do a few one arm cleans with the thickbar.

Overhead squats with dumbells are quite a workout. I've done windmills and OHS with one dumbell up to 100 pounds for a few reps.

One of my ultimate goals would be to walk into any commercial gym and be able to one arm snatch their heaviest db. And also be able to press it. Which isn't too difficult now... The heaviest db in the last commercial gym I went to was 120 pounds.
