6. DO NOT drive with the heels out of the hole. Throw your head/shoulders back like you're trying to toss the bar off your shoulders, and thrust your glutes/hips foward.
The best advice i have ever heard in terms of weightlifting came from skinny old Brandon MacRea... "You want to hump as hard as you can"

I've said before that people should pop those hips forward like J-Lo is bent over bare assed in front of them, whether it be the squat, or a DL.

Hips/glutes baby, back/forward.

Indeed. Feel like providing me with some critique on my squat before i go to lift?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4yiv6Wwm8w

If you're really bored, i'd take advice on my other lift form too:
Deadlift - http://youtube.com/watch?v=QOxy5UlEmfc
OHP - http://youtube.com/watch?v=6V8kZ2CtUlg

I need to find a video of me failing miserably on bench. I think with bench my main problem is i end up pushing the bar towards my face, as opposed to straight up.

It seems so many people can figure it out when they curl too much but not when they do anything else

Squat:

Pretty solid. Ass going back well, knees not coming forward, good depth. You're "tail tucking" a bit, meaning your lower back is rounding as you hit the lowest point. A little more flexibility should fix that. I realize your set-up limits this, but having to do backward lunges to get in place is no good.

Dead:
Get the hips down just a tiny bit. Keep the bar closer to the legs midlift, and really work on pulling "back" not just up.

OHP

Pushing the head through is too exagerated. Looks like you're doing it because you know you should, not because it's helping the lift. The bar is floating all over the place, on the way down especially. A. control the bar more, shave your chin with that bitch. B. Push the head through the moment you have clearance, not after the rep is practically locked out. And it doesn't have to be so exagerated that the bar is actually behind you.

Regarding your bench, I am a "J-Curve" bencher, and it's never hurt me any. Except the few times I've hit the uprights.

Use your wrists and forearms. Lube em up first.

K i'm off to get my squat on. One last question for everyone.

I've heard some people say you should keep the elbows back, like i've been doing. While others say you should have them down.

What should i be doing?

Probably will help your squat kaboom, the later reps looked like you were folding a bit.
