This is true, but not necessarily a bad thing. When I was 15, my GF and I devirginized each other. We kept dating for maybe a month or so and then we broke up. I can't squat for shit. The most I've squatted was 285 for 1 rep. That's some pussy shit. But I consider myself pretty strong because I can bench 285 (probably more) and I just DL'd 445.
I know I need to squat more, but do you have any other suggestions or a possible explanation?
