The fact that you actually specified "port" and had to ask is kinda metro.

If your drinking it with a chick to get her loosened up though, it's ok. In fact, that's really all wine is good for. Or when you run out of real booze.

I'm in Syracuse visiting relatives and I had a buddy from high school film some of my push press lifts today at a local globo gym. This is the first year I've done PP and critique is needed......or feel free to observe my crappy form.

Warning: this gym's music was exquisitely ghey.

I also just purchased the sports package on my cable provider. I now get GolTV and Fox Soccer Channel and am fucking excited about that. That's right, soccer, bitches.

Where's the leg drive?

Tips that helped with my PP: pop your hips on the way up. Rack the bar so that your elbows are more up.

I was kinda wondering that too. Thought the should be more "push", but I'm hardly an expert.

Yeah gotta work on the leg drive definitely.

Rack in on a higher rung or just bring my elbows parallel you mean?

That looked like an OHP. Your max should be higher with some good leg drive.

Rack on shoulders, front squat style. The weight should sit on your shoulders, not your wrists
