3 things that I noticed.

One, I think Brandon already said this but...don't move straight back. Angles!

Two, unless you're circling eachother with a good distance try to avoid taking a step with both feet. You don't want to step with left, step with right to move. You want step slide, step slide. If that makes any sense. Cro Cop takes steps, he just walks down his opponent. You're not Cro Cop.

Three, Pop that jab, don't push it. Really make it snap.

I couldn't see much more, I was getting sick from the moving camera and the guy doing his kung fu shit. Smack that mother fucker when he does that in serious sparring, that won't help you learn much.
