I went to my first live UFC last weekend, and while the fights were great, it took me about 10 seconds to figure out that this was not a crowd of my peers. It hit the peak when the guy in the Stone Cold Austin shirt sitting in front of me was chanting "USA! USA! USA!" in the MacDonald vs Okami fight. Me: "You know neither of these guys are from America" Him: "What? Not the white one?". Christ. Also, I've never seen 16,000 people with ILS all in the same building. It was like God attached luggage to the arms of everyone there that only I couldn't see. I'll continue to stay at home from now on.
