Yes, yes.....im going to stick with this until i either complete the 4 weeks or die. Then its on to a normal 5x5 or box squats.
bench program is good until i stall out and i have another one to go after.
deadlift is still a mystery. That seems to be my best lift though so i'll just hope all this squatting
and a few heavy rack pulls will lead to a better deadlift...
