I bought a power shaker this weekend. Its awesome.
New protein shake recipe:
1 scoop chocolate whey
8 oz skim milk
2 packets Spenda
1 serving Reese's Peanut Butter ice cream topping (healthier than you think, 1st ingredient is peanut oil, followed by peanut butter. Adds 8 protein per serving)
Mix. Enjoy.

The peanut butter stuff goes well in coffee too.

Im real busy from school, social life, girlfriend, workouts, and f'ing being my Dad's gopher and doing any random ass job he asks (I do get paid good though).

Dude, you gotta do it. I was totally a late bloomer in that regard, never did any hunting (still don't) and although I'd always been interested in weapons, had never fired a gun.

Thankfully I live in Michigan, so I just went to a gunshow and was firing my first long guns within two hours of walking into the place.

1. Buy guns
2. Buy ammo
3. Find a friend outside city limits
4. Get high on the way there
5. Squeeze off some rounds

Once I had an encounter with angry rednecks over my shooting on there property. They weren't that angry, I'm still here, but it was almost ugly. Mostly I was worried about the DNR because the car was full of pot and they thought I was a poacher.
