So my calves are sore as fuck (it hurts to walk), and I've been doing MT 3 days/week lifting 3 days/week (missed MT only if I travel on Saturdays). I haven't "skipped" MT or planned lifting other than that in almost ten weeks. I'm thinking of not going to MT tonight. I am taking a 2 week break starting next sunday (week and a half away).
Am I a pussy if I don't go tonight or might I actually need a break?
