I was sent home from work today as the industrial complex I work in was evacuated due to flooding. Yeah. Go Seattle and non-stop rain.

But, I'm a contract employee and won't get paid. Boooo

Isn't the non-stop rain the reason why Seattle has the highest suicide rates in the US?

Got my brown hoodie in. What PR should I go for? 585 Deadlift (even though I just did 550, some felt it was too light)
or a press, like another attempt at 225 push press?

Possible New Years resolution.
I too, was slacking on the cardio. I can't do it at work without interruptions (my work=my gym) and when I was going in the morning, I'd either end up doing work, or get all sweaty and then go out into the freezing cold, which has definitely contributed to my ongoing cold. Running outside is pretty hard with all the ice/slush right now. But as always, when means and inspiration dwindle, one just needs to ask themselves, "What would Ross do?"

Been doing these first thing in the a.m., kinda like Xtrainer was doing. Simple, brief and effective. Try em out.
