barbell, i almost never use a dumbell for anything. I don't think i could catch the DB as easy on the shoulder, my gym has DB's with a 7.5lb plate and not 10lb so it's really wide and awkward

It seems to me that most of the time the guy will have his face all scratched to shit and the woman will look fine (or as fine as a fat trashy bitch can look). The woman will get all weepy when she sees the cops and claim that the dude punched her in the eyehole. The guy will deny it, but the poor fucker goes to jail anyway. I'm not a woman hitter, but it seems to me that you're better off trying to dispose of a body than explaining yourself to the cops.

The one I just say was some woman called the cops because she caught her bf with another woman. In a fit of rage she tried running him over with her car. Witnesses tell the cops that and she goes to jail in tears.
