Are you doing them with a barbell or a dumbell? I do them with a dumbell, but when I hit 150 I plan on switching to a barbell mostly. 140 is my max now for the db clean and push press so it shant be too long. Most places don't have dumbells that high and it's becoming a bitch to rack with all that weight on both end of the db jutting out. |
